Rev Bill Macdonald

Rev Bill Macdonald
Bill, his wife Morag and daughter Angela arrived in Cupar in late 1982
and he was inducted as the
church's 28th minister on December 10th. Brought up in
Lanarkshire, Bill studied music before working in retail management for
eight years.
In 1978 he responded to the call to the Baptist ministry and entered
the Baptist Theological College of Scotland,
the year before his marriage. He served as student Pastor in Erskine
Baptist Church where he was ordained
as a minister in 1981. Following a short spell as Associate
Minister of Pitlochry Baptist Church and Director of the Atholl Centre
the family came to Cupar.

Bill’s hobbies are music, photography and driving any vehicle or craft
that moves on land or sea. His vision is to see the fellowship built up
to be central and relevant to the community and a living example of the
Christian faith.
